1. General Provisions
These Terms and Conditions define the type, scope, and conditions for the provision of electronic services by Andriy Myronyak, conducting business under the name Andriy Myronyak, with its registered office in Krakow (31-128), 30 Karmelicka Street, Tax Identification Number (NIP): 9452269604, through the website available at:

The Website is intended for informational purposes and allows Users to ознакомиться with the services provided by the Service Provider at its customer service location in Krakow, 30 Karmelicka Street, contact the Service Provider, and reserve a currency exchange rate.
By using the Website, the User declares that they have read these Terms and Conditions, accept them, and agree to comply with all of their provisions.
2.Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:
Website – the website available at (kantorkarat.pl).
Service Provider – Andriy Myronyak, conducting business under the name Andriy Myronyak, with its registered office in Krakow (31-128), 30 Karmelicka Street, Tax Identification Number (NIP): 9452269604.
User – any person using the Website in any manner.
Service – electronic services provided by the Service Provider to Users through the Website.
3.Scope of Services
Through the Website, the Service Provider offers the following electronic services:
Currency Exchange Rate Reservation
A free service enabling the User to reserve a currency exchange rate via the Website.
Access to Website Content
A free service providing Users with access to text and graphic materials relating to the services offered by the Service Provider at its physical location, including current currency exchange rates.
Contact Form
A free service allowing Users to contact the Service Provider through the electronic contact form available on the Website.
The Service Provider may also facilitate money transfer services through third-party operators, including Western Union.
In this respect, the Service Provider acts solely as an authorized agent of the money transfer operator.
The rules governing money transfers, including applicable fees, processing times, and liability, are determined by the terms and conditions of the respective money transfer operator.
The Service Provider is not responsible for the execution of money transfers by the operator.
A service agreement between the Service Provider and the User is concluded when the User enters the Website’s URL into their web browser.
For services that are not provided on a continuous basis, the agreement is terminated when the User closes the Website.
In all other cases, termination of the agreement shall be governed by the provisions of these Terms and Conditions.
4.Technical Requirements and Security Risks
In order to use the Services provided through the Website, the User must ensure the following technical requirements are met:
- a device with an installed web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Opera, or Safari);
- Internet access;
- an active email address.
The Service Provider informs Users that, due to the public nature of the Internet, using electronic services may involve certain risks, which the User accepts when deciding to use the Website.
Because of the specific nature of electronic threats, the Service Provider cannot guarantee complete security while using the Website.
To minimize potential risks, the Service Provider recommends that Users independently protect their devices by:
- using appropriate access control mechanisms;
- protecting authentication credentials;
- installing up-to-date antivirus software;
- keeping the operating system updated;
- connecting only to trusted Wi-Fi networks.
5.Currency Exchange Rate Reservation
A currency exchange rate reservation:
- is provided for informational purposes only;
- does not constitute an offer within the meaning of Article 66 of the Polish Civil Code;
- does not constitute the conclusion of a currency exchange transaction.
A reserved exchange rate remains valid for the period specified in the reservation confirmation (typically 60 minutes) and becomes effective only after it has been confirmed by the Service Provider.
Until the reservation has been confirmed by the Service Provider, it is non-binding and does not guarantee either the availability of the exchange rate or the completion of the transaction.
The fulfillment of a reservation depends on the availability of funds and current market conditions.
If the User does not complete the currency exchange transaction at the Service Provider’s branch located at 30 Karmelicka Street, Krakow, before the reservation expires, the reservation becomes invalid. In such a case, any subsequent transaction will be carried out at the exchange rate applicable at the time the transaction is completed.
6.Exchange Rates
The exchange rates displayed on the Website are provided for informational purposes only and are subject to change. They do not constitute an offer within the meaning of Article 66 of the Polish Civil Code.
The final exchange rate is determined only when the currency exchange transaction is confirmed by the Service Provider at its branch located at 30 Karmelicka Street, Krakow.
If a currency exchange rate has been reserved in advance, the reserved rate is valid only for the duration of the reservation. Once the reservation expires, the transaction will be completed at the exchange rate in effect at the time of the transaction.
7.AML Procedures
The Service Provider is an obliged entity under the provisions of the Polish Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorist Financing legislation.
Accordingly, regardless of whether a currency exchange rate has been reserved, the Service Provider has the right to:
- request documents confirming the User’s identity;
- carry out customer identity verification (KYC);
- refuse to complete a transaction;
- suspend the execution of a transaction;
- report suspicious activities to the competent authorities.
Customer verification may be required, in particular, for transactions exceeding the equivalent of EUR 1,000, or in any other cases required by applicable law.
8. User’s Rights and Obligations
- The User undertakes to:
a) comply with these Terms and Conditions;
b) provide true and accurate information;
c) refrain from actions violating generally applicable laws;
d) refrain from providing unlawful content;
e) refrain from actions that may disrupt the functioning of the Website.
- The User shall be responsible for any consequences resulting from the violation of the rules referred to in paragraph 1.
9. Service Provider’s Rights and Obligations
- The Service Provider undertakes to provide the Services continuously and without interruption.
- The Service Provider shall not be liable for technical difficulties or limitations resulting from the hardware, end device, or IT system used by the User, which prevent or hinder the proper use of the Website and Services.
- The Service Provider reserves the right to temporarily restrict or suspend access to the Website or selected Services due to the need to carry out maintenance, updates, or modernization works on the Website.
10. Liability
- The Service Provider shall not be liable for:
a) damages caused to third parties resulting from the User’s use of the Services in a manner inconsistent with these Terms and Conditions or applicable laws;
b) consequences resulting from the User providing incorrect or inaccurate data;
c) changes in currency exchange rates;
d) consequences resulting from the expiration of a currency rate reservation;
e) consequences of decisions made by the User in connection with the use of the Services;
f) loss of profits incurred by the User related to the use or inability to use the Services.
11.Complaints
The User has the right to submit complaints regarding the Services provided through the Website.

A complaint should include:
- a brief description of the issue;
- the date and time when the issue occurred;
- contact details allowing the Service Provider to respond to the User.
Complaints will be reviewed by the Service Provider without undue delay, but no later than 14 days from the date they are received.
If no response is provided within 14 days from receipt of the complaint, the complaint shall be deemed accepted.
If a complaint does not contain sufficient contact information to identify or contact the User, the Service Provider may leave it unanswered.
12.Intellectual Property
All materials, content, graphics, logos, trademarks, and other elements published on the Website are protected by applicable intellectual property laws, including copyright law, industrial property law, and unfair competition regulations.
The User may use the Website content solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Any use of the Website content beyond personal use requires the prior written consent of the Service Provider.

The Service Provider is the controller of the Users’ personal data.

14.Amendments to the Terms and Conditions
1.These Terms and Conditions become effective on the date they are published on the Website.
2.Any matters not regulated by these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the applicable laws of the Republic of Poland.
3.The Service Provider reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions to the extent permitted by applicable law, in particular where amendments are required due to changes in legislation. Such amendments shall not affect rights acquired by Users before the changes take effect.
4.Whenever these Terms and Conditions are updated, the Service Provider will publish an appropriate notice on the Website.
5.Any amendments become effective upon publication on the Website.
6.If the User does not accept the amended Terms and Conditions, they should discontinue using the Website.
